Order & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your status directly through your House Bahrain account.
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your selection before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship across Bahrain and to our neighbors in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait).
- Bahrain: 1–2 business days after shipping.
- GCC: 3–5 business days after shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
To maintain quality and hygiene standards for our home collections, all sales are final. We operate a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy.
We take great care in our packaging, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@housebahrain.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.
